Amazon Nature Peru is committed to delivering authentic, responsible travel experiences in the Peruvian Amazon. Before booking a tour with us, we kindly ask that you read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These terms govern the use of our services and constitute a binding agreement between the traveler and our agency.

1. Reservations and Payments

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required. Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or secure payment link.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of departure, either in cash (USD or PEN) or by a previously arranged payment method.
All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made between 15 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

If a tour must be canceled by the agency due to force majeure circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, social unrest, or other unforeseen events), guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Itinerary Changes

For safety, weather, or logistical reasons, the itinerary may be modified. Amazon Nature Peru reserves the right to adjust routes, schedules, and services as needed to ensure the best possible experience.
Any client-requested itinerary changes must be communicated at least 15 days prior to departure and will be subject to availability.

4. Liability

By participating in our tours, travelers acknowledge the inherent risks of travel in remote areas. Amazon Nature Peru is not liable for personal loss, accidents, illness, delays, or other unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain international travel insurance to cover health issues, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

5. Health and Physical Condition

Travelers must inform Amazon Nature Peru of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the tour.
Some tours involve long hikes, insect exposure, and rustic conditions. Participants should be in good physical health and consult a physician if they have any concerns.

6. Environmental and Cultural Responsibility

We promote sustainable tourism and ask that all visitors respect nature, properly dispose of waste, and follow their guide’s instructions at all times.
We also encourage respect for local communities — all interactions must be responsible and conducted with mutual consent.

7. Use of Images

Amazon Nature Peru may use photos or videos taken during the tours for promotional purposes unless the traveler provides a written request to the contrary before the tour begins.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in relation to our services shall be governed and resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Peru.
